Andy Wilkinson

Andy Wilkinson is a Boston-based consultant specializing in data-driven strategy and financial performance for small and mid-market companies. With two decades of experience spanning healthcare finance, ambulatory surgery center operations, technology implementation, and new venture development, Andy brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and hands-on operational expertise.
Andy played instrumental roles in the development and ongoing operations of four freestanding ambulatory surgery centers across central and eastern Massachusetts — representing 23 operating rooms with multiple health system and physician partners. He served as lead Finance executive across all phases: deal negotiation, financing, financial planning, real estate, and payer contracting.
He also led strategic finance and development efforts for the largest independent regional health system in Massachusetts — helping the organization double its inpatient capacity, develop an off-campus surgery center, acquire physician practices, and serve as project controller for a $200 million IT and EHR implementation.
Today, Andy advises a diverse range of clients on business performance, financial operations, and growth strategy — from healthtech startups and real estate developers to infrastructure and marine construction companies.
